Lake Champlain Summer Cottages - Vacation Rentals

Lake Champlain Summer Cottages - Vacation Rentals Photo

Enjoy Vacationing along the Shores of Northern Lake Champlain

West Swanton is a great place for family fun on and off the water.  We’re on Missisquoi Bay which borders Canada to the North and provides easy access to the Missisquoi River, Goose Bay, and Gander Bay where there is an abundance of warm water fishing. To the South is easy access to cold and deep water fishing in Lake Champlain’s Inland Sea and the broad lake.

Our private raft provides hours of sunning and swimming enjoyment.  Our tree house provides a fun place for children to play, and our tree swings, which overlook the lake, provide entertainment and relaxation for people of all ages.  We offer a 14ft aluminum row boat, a dock, and 1500lb boat lift.  A mooring is available and easily accessible if you have your own boat.  A hammock, Adirondack chairs, bicycles, and a gas grill rounds out your Lake Champlain experience.

There are plenty of back country roads for bicycle riding and a nature trail at the wild life reserve.

The rustic cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a living room, and an enclosed porch that overlooks the lake.
